This project involved working with the architect / developer at the design stage to achieve the exact look required from a 7 house, £3 million development to sit within the exclusive village of Braunston-in-Rutland. Our visuals aided the developer to get the necessary planning consent. We then produced a range of visuals to form part of the sales campaign including hoardings, brochures and adverts (all of which were designed and produced by the Birdwing Design creative team) .

The developer completed the sale to home occupiers of all 7 houses within 6 weeks of our visuals going to print, a full 8 months before the build was complete!
