A set of high viewpoint and ground level visuals were created to aid the developer in the planning process for a village on the edge of Doncaster town centre.
The visuals were a key part of the process, which had many hurdles. The village was within an important heritage site that included a 12th century church. It had to satisfy a multitude of mixed-use requirements. Also the overall sensitivity of the scheme had a lot of local interest. For all of these reasons the visuals had to convey the true spirit of the development whilst demonstrating it was sympathetic to the sites heritage.
