This scheme forms part of the regeneration of the Elephant and Castle, one of the largest regeneration programmes in Europe. The Newington South scheme for Wandle Housing Association is the first of the Early Housing schemes to have been awarded planning permission. It is expected to reach Stage E in early 2009, and to start on-site in mid 2009.
Birdwing Design was commissioned by the lead architect to create visuals as part of the planning process.
