This project involved working with the architect / developer to achieve a small appartment development to sit comfortably into an established residental area. Our range of high and low view point visuals aided the developer to get the neccessary planning concent, a massive achievement alone given the sensitive nature of the project.
A range of interior and exterior visuals were then produced for the 28 two bed appartment development to alow the developers in house team to successfully complete investor led sales and lettings.
