We were asked to visualise this new office building as part of the final planning stages due to the buildings close proximity to key buildings that the planners viewed as important to the town architecturally.

Once planning was achieved, further visuals were created to market the building via site hoardings and use for press adverts. Other views were created to give prospective tenants an idea of how the interior could be finished during the build process. Due to small complexities, our visuals were also used to aid contractors to provide costs and build analysis. The building is now complete, with one tenant set to take over the whole building.
