The proposed development is a new Neighbourhood centre, including a convenience store, six retail/commercial units, care home, public house and 27 dwellings, intended to provide a focal and community point for the Stockmoor and Wilstock Village developments, where a total of 1500 homes are underway and planned.
We were commissioned by Henry Davidson Developments to create a set of visuals over 3 stages to assist the planning process. Detailed planning consent was granted in April 2009.
